Goa Beaches

Candolin Beach in goa – It is 12 Km from Panaji and 14 Km. from Mapusa. This is a good beach and generally mainly foreigners come there. Tourists have sun bath here and water sports is also there like riding through motor boat etc. This beach in goa is not much crowded by local tourists.

Calangute Beach in goa – It is 16 Km. and 8 Km. away from Panaji and Mapusa respectively. It is called the queen beach of all beaches in Goa. Mostly tourists come here. Its sand area is smooth for walking. It is also famous for various water sports and horse riding etc. The beauty of beach is described by itself when we walk around it. This beach is the favorite destination for most of the tourists and it is not far from Panaji unlike other beaches in goa..

Baga Beach in goa – This beach comes next to calangute beach and is 18 Km from Panaji and 10 Km. from Mapusa in goa.

Anjuna Beach in goa – It is a rocky beach showing magnificent colour of transparent water. Water is so transparent here that we can clearly see the rock inside the water. It is 22 Km. from Panaji and 8 Km from Mapusa. When we come to Anjuna beach in goa, first comes a little handicraft market which is at some height where vehicles are parked, then through staircases we go down to beautiful anjuna beach. It is among the best beaches.

Vegetor Beach in goa – It is 22 Km from Panaji. This is a magnificent sandy beach. The beach is divided in two parts through a height. Both sides of beach has its own beauty. At one side of Vegetor

beach there are restaurants, beds for sunbath. The other side of beach reached through staircases is not having restaurants but sandy area and one can have good walk over its sandy area.

Arambol Beach in goa – This is most amazing and wonderful beach in Goa. Since it is very far away i.e. 50 Km. from Panaji so limited local tourist come here. But this is really an amazing beach with sea water in afternoon approaching near the beds for sun bath provided by restaurants. There are number of local restaurants with their beds for sun bath lying over there in one line. It’s really fun when we walk over its wet sand. Other thing is that water appears quite transparent in the sand.

Note – It is always good and safe for tourists to return from any beach to their place well before time or well before when sun dawns.

Arossim Beach, Cansaulim in goa – It is 14 Km. from margao.

Bogmalo Beach in goa – It is 31 Km. from Panaji and 9 Km. from vasco.

Majorda Beach in goa – this is 25 km. from Panaji and 8 Km. away from Margao.

Utorda Beach in goa – This is 25 Km. from Panaji and 8 Km. away from Margao.

Betal Batim Beach in goa – This beach in south goa is 24 Km. from Panaji and 7 Km. from Margao.

Colva Beach in goa – It is 39 Km. from Panaji and 6 Km. from Margao.

Benaulim Beach in goa – This is 41 km. from Panaji and 8 Km. from Margao.

Varca Beach in goa – This is 43 from Panaji and 10 Km. from Margao.

Cavelossim Beach in goa – This is 48 Km. from Panaji and 15 Km. from Margao.

Mobor Beach in goa – This beach is 51 km. from panaji and 18 Km from margao.
